I went to the doctor as I was in alot of pain with my back. She prescribe me some pain killers which I gratefully accepted. I gave my chemist, Wells in Woodford Green, a couple of hours to administer before turning up for my prescription. I was told by the pharmacists that it would be two days before I could have them as the pharmacist was at lunch. Naturally, I was angry although a senior member of the pharmacist hear the conversation and duly did the prescription for me. My complaint is that if anyone had the same problem as I did, they would be met with that attitude of waiting two days for urgent medication. Please co-op Wells sort it out because people who are ill will suffer by the attitude of certain staff. I am with another chemist.

Before the pandemic, this chemist was Okay. I have repeated prescriptions yet they do not repeat my medication as before they did in the past. I use to depend on them for a call out when I needed my medication. Totally hopeless when I complained about it. Now I order them online which is far better then these totally incompetent staff can do for me. Only the other day a member of the staff made me write down my name and address because she could not spell my name when I told her.
