Since being taken over by new management customer service leaves a lot of room for improvements. One staff member was actually eating their breakfast whilst I was in there this morning!

I have been registered with Vale Medical Centre for nearly 20 years and have ALWAYS received excellent service including through the pandemic. Support staff, nurses & doctors are always professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly ! 10/10 in my book ! Thanks All.

Excellent service from Kim front of shop who seems to know everyone by their first name. Speedy dispensing from the young man who will give you medical advice & appropriate medicine you should take. Can't think of anything negative to say about them.
