I am asthmatic and had unexpectedly run out of my prescription Clenil steroid inhaler. Working away from my Oxfordshire home at the time I needed to get a replacement ASAP. The Medco Pharmacy was pretty much next to my hotel so I popped in and explained the situation. I was passed details that enabled me to contact my local GP surgery and request help. The assistant was unbelievably patient and helpful and noticed I was making little progress with my call and that I had no real solution when the call ended. Between the assistant and the pharmacist I was passed a mobile phone and requested to ask my local surgery to put a prescription back onto an NHS access area and the staff at Medco would deal with it. All of this took place as requested and within no time I had my prescription in hand and was on my way back to the hotel. I wish to express my deepest admiration for the professionalism and compassion shown to me by the Medco staff, they are a true credit to their profession. I have included names in my revue and appreciate they may be edited however, it is my hope that if there is a recognition of exceptional service and/or care award/reward in any applicable system; that the personnel at Medco Pharmacy be nominated to receive there due recognition.

I found the staff is very much helpful, co-operative and having a great understanding. Though this pharmacy is far from my place but still i like to visit this pharmacy only because of the hospitality i receive. I surely recommend this pharmacy as a best pharmacy i have ever been.

I always found the people at this pharmacy extremely helpful and friendly. They have been collecting my prescriptions from the nearby doctors surgery for several years now. On the few occasions when the prescriptions were not available, this was down to the doctors surgery putting a hold on the automatic repeats.
