The team is working very hard to deliver best service. They are always kind and assertive. Shouting the patient's names it's only following the SOP's as it's completely legal and the way it should be. Otherwise you will end up with someone elses presription and this cannot happen. I have used this pharmacy since it opened and the staff now are excellent compared to recent years. They go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable and Natalie is the best at sorting out problems. Bob forster
