Today 12th September at 2.46pm I was 4th in the line to get my husband’s prescription. A Mr Gonzarlez was being served. His English was not good and he thought he should get free medication. Emma the lady serving was very rude to him. After he had gone she flung some paper work around swearing and I quote’ I hate this fucking job and the money is shit’ the younger lady spoke to her and she took herself out to the back. This is the second time I have witnessed her dispicable behaviour. In my opinion customer service should be instilled in your staff and if she hates the job that much perhaps she should leave. It reflects on the town and if I heard it the people I front of me did and behind. Just awful to listen to.

Very rude staff! I will be making a complaint after I have wrote this... I don't appreciate being spoken to like that for something I didn't even ask for ??
