Awfully run pharmacy. Never any stock, pharmacy staff are extremely hostile and not willing to help with any of your questions. The pharmacy dispensers are not even trained (qualified) to dispense medication but they do anyway. Probably because spending money on training their staff is too much. Poor Management, always engaged when trying to get through by phone for them to not being able to help you when you finally get through. And never make your medication up until you really need it and run out. For them to then say they haven’t got any in stock. From my advice and shocking experience always go to boots!

Very poor attitude of the on duty pharmacist. I was the only customer in the shop, she decided to walk past me twice deciding that taking photos of the store was more important than dealing with waiting customers. When I complained she abruptly retorted that I had been there less than 5 minutes. No apology. Some people just aren't meant for customer service !
