Contacting them by phone is almost impossible as no-one picks up, that is if it rings at all. My prescriptions via Patient Access take anything up to 12 days to be made up ( inc 3 days for the surgery to send approval), and usually only if I have phoned to see where it is up to. It used to take 3 to 4 days from request to completion. The only reason I stay with them is because they are easy to get to ( I do not drive due to eyesight problems) and our local pharmacy is a lot worse. It strikes me they are understaffed.

Been with this pharmacy since day one and in my opinion it has gone down hill. They have lost my medication three times now which is shocking. The current members of staff are very rude but to be fair I understand why. I expect that they have grown so much that they are over subscribed. I've decided to move to another pharmacy now as I don't want to take the chance of life sustaining drugs going missing
