I found out on line that Poly Pharmacy is open up to 10.30pm on Sunday, 9th July 2023. I had an urgent Prescription for my granddaughter. I kept on ringing, several times. from 10pm for about 20 minutes and the line was straight going to the FAX machine every time without ringing. So the telephone line was switched to the FAX machine. I did not want to travel all the way in case they are closed or they didn't have the required medicine.

I managed to get the Prescription from another Pharmacy (Vision Pharmacy) and they were very helpful too. I rang Poly Pharmacy on Monday, 10th July to report this matter. The Locum Pharmacist on duty was not helpful. He even would not know when I can speak to the Manager or the Proprietor r even the name to contact. If he was Locum on duty, he should surely provide this much information. I rang again on Tuesday, 11th July and managed to speak to the Manager and told my concern. He said something may be wrong in telephone line, I consider this poor service on Telephone and by the Locum Pharmacist.

Always some issue with my prescription and they happy to issue less than stated on the packet with the excuse of , sorry nine in stock.
