I could not recommend this practice based on recent personal experiences as the last three visits have all resulted in less than satisfactory service.
Today my wife collected my prescription order only to find out that one of the prescribed medicines was missing,I attempted to call the pharmacy to inform them of the mistake to no avail after 15minutes of continuous ringing.
As a result I will have to take time off work to visit the pharmacy to rectify the problem.
On previous occasions only half of the prescription was issued only to be informed this was a popular medicine and we have given it to another patient.
The other incident I was told my prescription was not available as it has not been ordered,after I produced a record of my online order I was left waiting around a hour whilst it was eventually found.
The issue I now have with the pharmacy is that they do not communicate or explain any problems and it is left to the individual to resolve. Original Comment Report...
