last December 2018 went to find out about picking up my item which I needed cause I just ran out I used my last tablet , I told the Male staff about this item asking him nicely that you normally text us . He jumped up and said you should have phone us before or earlier if your on your last set of tablets , he said it in such a rude , unprofessional manor other people was in the store so it make me look stupid. The staff has changed from 2 years and new so called staff are rude uncaring and not professional.

I visited the pharmacy today as I do every 3 months. Today a nee pharmacist and other member of staff were there. My usual pharmacist had left. There was a lady in front of me so I waited my turn , the staff member took ages trying to locate the ladies Meds. Then the pharmacist asked to speak to the lady in the adjoining room. I thought my turn now, not. The member of staff went to the back area in full view of me and was unpacking items from a box and eating long chocolate things (matchmakers) and was drinking. I was shocked. I had my daughter with me who was restless and couldn't be-leave that we were being ignored. I waited at least 3 minutes, that felt like a lifetime. I said shall I come back when you are not busy, my reply was ok. How rude. I left the pharmacy and was getting in my car. I saw the costumer come out and went to speak to the pharmacist, maybe he wasn't aware how rude the member of staff was. A very apologetic pharmacist and said I thought you had been served. While apologizing the staff member was grinning and I found the attitude offensive. I said I am not happy as the member was smirking in which the pharmacist replied sorry. I asked the staffs name. I know I can't name the person, so how can I complain to a higher member of staff as the pharmacist was obviously not taking me seriously and not willing to approach the staff member. I will not be returning to this Pharmacy.
