Had to chase my parents prescription that hadn’t been delivered 12 days since the doctor sent it over to the pharmacy. It was there but it hadn’t been made up. They confirmed they’d had it since the day after the doctor said. It was delivered that day, totally unacceptable delays for elderly people who may not have anyone to advocate for them and end up with no medication. We are having to try order earlier from the doctor due to delays in delivery. Explaining delays at the pharmacy. The doctors will only accept a request when medication is due leaving little time for delays at the pharmacy.

Shocking pharmacy. Doctor sends them your prescription. Never receive the full order. Return to Doctor. They sent all the items requested. Back to pharmacy. Yes we have received them. Staff hopeless. I wouldn't ever use them again. PS problems everytime I request a prescription.

Numerous times calling in last 3 years to pick up my fathers prescription that should be delivered. Items missing. Only notice when get them to him and open the bag. Telephone left unanswered or picked up and put straight down. Not once but many times over the last few years. It used to be a great pharmacy. My prescription was not even there the day prior to my holiday, even though doctors had sent it, so I went on holiday without essential medication. Only to go after the holiday and it was there done, dated before I went away! Seems chaotic. Items have to be ordered - which is fair enough, but if the prescription has been there 2/3 days it’s only when you go in for pick up that they order it in. Why can’t the prescriptions be looked at and items out of stock ordered? Staff are lovely though!
