Went in to take my medication as I do daily all staff who assist with medication issuing to customers were all in the back when I asked a staff who was out by the tills dealing with customers buying medication went and told the staff who were out back to deal with the customers eventually 3 staff members came out together by then I'd been waiting a while eventually one male staff member was rude swearing to me in his conversation to me calling me a liar being rude and disrespectful and then threatening to cancel my medication perceptions I'm left with traumatising experience and must complain about this
