I used to recieve a good service at this pharmacy, however as of late it has been terrible. I get repeatedly turned away for prescriptions even 36 hours. They now say I need to wait a week, and they don't provide text confirmation. This means repeatedly ringing, or making a 30 minute car journey to see if I've been 'lucky.' Swapped to a large high street pharmacy where they are very helpful.

Excellent medical advice witnessed this morning to an elderly lady who was requesting laxatives , without trying to sell medication.This is in marked contrast to what i have witnessed in other pharmacies ! As a retired doctor i was very impressed .

This pharmacy is without doubt the best I have visited in Southport. The staff are friendly. Helpful and efficient. The pharmacist was very keen to help with choice of medication for my condition. If there were more pharmacies like this people wouldn’t rush to their GP. Excellent service.
