After waiting in a lengthy queue the lady spent a fair amount of time finding the but then said I would have to come back in 20 minutes to collect. I returned in 20 minutes was was then told that (unlike boots) collections still had to join the large queue adding substantial mor time I handy location does not make up for poor slow service
