This is the second time this has happened to me, and judging on other people in the queue, it seems quite common. You take in a prescription, get told the item is not available (fair enough) and that they'll order it, with it arriving the following day. You go the following day and the item isn't there, they look around and then give some excuse, today's was "there is a manufacturing issue", which was then cancelled out with "but I can order it for tomorrow", so, in other words, they didn't order it. Certainly will not be returning, despite being at my GPs, so more convenient, everything takes an eternity, from getting served to actually getting your medication.
