We experienced Dangerous and unproffesional service Medication was expected for delivery but only one item arrived instead of 2. Visited the pharmacy with my 85 year old husband to query this. The staff member Vikki was very dismissive and disrespectful by repeatedly stating it was delivered and signed for. The manager and Vikki were not helpful and did not want to check if there was any error made. Today I went with my son who once again explained the situation and again they said it was delivered and signed for. They were implying it was our fault and therefore our problem. My son explained it was urgent medication. The manager Aaron then checked again and noticed it was misplaced and found it on a shelf. The manager could not explain what had happened or provide me with their general due diligence procedure in these circumstsnces. It is incredibly dangerous to have such poor practice and lack of care as it could have led to serious medical emergency which the practice will have been accountable for. Luckily my son was able to assist otherwise we would have been too worried to follow up as they were making us feel intimidated. Staff /manager urgently requires professional review and practice requires inspection before it is too late and they cause serious harm to someone.
