Tripled the price of my antihistamine from 99p last week to 2.99 this week. A disgraceful price hike. Taking full advantage of the cost of living crisis during allergy season when they know people will pay!

My wife went into collect our disabled daughter's medication, and was rudely told that she couldn't have the medication that our daughter needed as it was hard to get. But she has been receiving this brand of medication from them for the last 2 years.

I went to pick up a repeat prescription for a neighbour. I was told I couldn't bring my dog into the pharmacy, even though I'd been allowed to in the past. I hadn't realised the pharmacy was under new management. Unable to leave the dog outside on its own, I ask if they could bring the prescription to me. The staff member in question, completely ignored me. I asked her, how she could help me, and she shrugged her shoulders. - Unprofessional behaviour, unhelpful and rude! -
