This is my general pharmacy for routine and acute prescriptions as well as for travel vaccines. |

My daughter was booked in recently for a 2nd covid jab to find there was a supply issue. We were advised to come back today. When we arrived they gave my son his too, and a third booster for my husband which was scheduled in as a walk-in. The pharmacy was busy and yet all dealt with little fuss. Thank you. |

My elderly mum who’s over 80, went to this pharmacy today for her spring covid booster. She was treated very badly. The man giving the booster hardly spoke to her, didn't tell her which vaccine she was receiving (it was the Moderna which she didn't want!) She was never asked if she was feeling well at present and neither did he sterilise her injection site! All he asked is does she have allergies. Her last 3 covid vaccines were given at the masonic hall in Cheshunt and she was treated with upmost respect, clearly taking time to explain things, telling her which vaccine she was about to receive, asking if she felt well and sterilising the arm! AVOID!!! |
