Very slow in making up prescriptions and a rude lady on the phone who says don't you already have this medication.

Yet again I've waited 45 minutes at this pharmacy only to be told they can't find my medication or they can't get hold of it. It's so unprofessional that so often they can't even work out where prepared prescriptions are. Surely this is a risky way to manage medications. If you politely ask how much longer you need to wait you get a sigh, random time and no apology. They have no system to let you know if they can't get a medication in stock so you don't find out until you go to collect it. If you phone to check first, they can't find it but won't agree to call you back when there finished searching. Instead you have to call again and are lucky if anyone answers. One been left again without my medication, despite ordering it in advance. Now the prescription has to go back to the GP for a new one so I can go to a different pharmacy. It's unbelievable that they are allowed to mess with peoples healthcare like this.
