Have been a customer with this chemist since 2012, but no more. The staff from Janice, Zoe, Theresa and Zoe, as well as Dave the delivery driver were excellent staff who went out of there way to help you and nothing was too much for them. Since the Woman took over the chemist it has gone downhill. This Woman is arrogant, nasty, bad tempered and treats customers like dirt. She speaks down to you in a nasty manner, plus when something is wrong ie wrong medication it is not her fault and is up to you to sort it.. Sadly all the above staff have left because of her, instead we have kids who she is training up to be like her.. They have to ask her every time you want something. If Springfield Medical Practice knew what is happening next door then they should do something about her….

Been using this chemist since 2020 it used to be good. The female manager is extremely rude. I’ve witnessed her on a few occasions now belittling and degrading her staff in front of customers, staff that you can see are working hard. Again today I heard her berating her staff. She is the only member of staff that does absolutely nothing. She shouts private patient information across a packed shop nobody has any confidentiality. I’ve also heard the same manager with people on loud peak on the shop phone again giving confidential information. She is rude and abrasive and I’ve had enough. She’s a bully and I told her as much today after ignoring everyone at the counter and shouting at her staff after she ignore them

Prescription is never complete They are all rude Phone is never answered so you are back and forth several time picking up parts of a prescription!! The staff don’t care and all they say is “we’ve ordered it” The system doesn’t work clearly! They are so ignorant to the urgency of medication! Asking why my husband needs it …. Insulin dependent patients tend to need insulin to stay alive!!??? Shocking!
