Dire "care" from a company that is cold, arrogant and dictatorial as previously mentioned. They wouldn't respect a clean home and refused to wear or supply their own shoe covers so thought it was fine to walk dog poo into the house. They wouldn't supply a timesheet so they could send multiple carers to suit their own convenience, irrespective of the lack of continuity and upset to the client. They refused to make a cup of coffee for client's visitor, despite client not being able to do so herself, so elected to sit and do nothing for half an hour. Carers were even scared should management find out they had changed water in a vase or had informed us when they were next attending. Management in turn was more worried about cameras in the house and one carer was more concerned about getting home as soon as possible, rather than making sure client was wearing her emergency button. No wonder they resigned...they put the care industry to shame. |

Management aggressive, arrogant and dictatorial. Carers vary. One or two extremely helpful, however the rest are mediocre at best. Rating mainly due to management attitude otherwise I would have given 3 stars for care. |

We had Crystal Care staff looking after my late mum until November 2015. We found the team very caring with her and very considerate towards us, the family. They were also brilliant upon her passing away at home. We felt they were like family. |
