The receptionists are atrocious! no manners, nasty, abrupt and very unhelpful!!!!!

Since pre Covid -19 this was all but good as possible though filled GPS instruction to detail phoned 119 the got through tone advised that I’m not or have not developed coVid 19 this is current government procedure as I’d had to give out my post code to confirm details I was put on extension of self isolate till August 25th , please arrange appointment for chest exray as this has become a more noticeable since was treated for TB in 2004 and completed the course though my breathing has gotten really bad as I’ve started walking our puppy which was never as stressful concerning my lungs as most mornings I’ve got to go straight to bathroom to clear my chest of white mucus though clear still reminds one of nasal saliva
