The appointment system is appalling, the worst I have ever come across. You can phone for days with no success. Then only telephone appointments are on offer and they are very difficult to get. The Doctors are pleasant though, however it is so difficult to get even a telephone appointment that I am not sure what Doctors still work there. Processing of prescriptions is equally appalling. We are told to use the online system. I have applied for it 3 times over the past year and am still not registered. I am beginning to think it doesn't exist. The choice seems to be stay sick or change health centre!
