No face to face doctors appointments offered on first contact, I diagnosed my illness reading the Internet phoned told them what I found on the internet only to be told by the receptionist I can pick my prescription up later, its nonsense not to be offered a face to face appointment with a doctor, this used to be an excellent surgery but since the pandemic has gone to the wall. | |||||||
