Long wait on phones for appointments- waiting an hour most times- then no appointments available for urgent or routine. Some of the staff are truly awful and very rude. This place does need investigated for the level (or lack) of professionalism and the failure in duty of care to their patients.

Doctors now bid for a surgery and it’s run just as a business. The 2/3 owners of the surgery also have other practices through Central area. Any wonder this surgery is a shambles - not even enough Doctors to go round all the surgeries that why Nurses take appointments. Absolutely diabolical. When surgeries go down the road of bidding to run them, the lowest bid normally wins. Forth Valley will tell us they were the best bid -NO they were the cheapest bid. Also agree with above reviews. Patients really need better care.

Truly awful medical practice. The receptionist is rude, unhelpful and dismissive. She doesn’t listen to you, makes you feel like a time waster and does everything to fob you off. My husband and I are 68 and 69 and would leave the practice but finding it impossible to register with another practice. It’s shameful
