I cannot fault the practice and the work done by the doctors. I have always found them respectful and the ones that know my personal background are always interested to see how my family are doing. During the pandemic I have never found it difficult to get an appointment if needed. I think the online system is the way forward. Face to face appointments are available

what a crap practice, I have terminal emphysema & needed a rescue pack, this is essential as failure to receive a recue pack can result in serious damage to the lungs at best or even death. this will be taken up with chief medical services in Edinburgh
