Takes forever to get through to book an appointment, and then once you’ve got through the queue, you get to speak to the most rude, obnoxious ‘reception’ staff ever! Even the Practice Manger is rude and dismissive, when you call back to complain. They are so complacent its not funny! They are doing the Drs and Nurses at Hillbank a huge dis-service.

What's happened to this practice. Reception staff are the most rude and ignorant people. When did they become Doctors as they want to know personal and private health conditions before THEY decide if you can speak to a Doctor. Try to get an actual appointment, good luck. I work, and it's near impossible to get thru before there are no more appointments for that day, what a total joke. The health board need to look at this center and step in to sort it out.
