I'm with the Churchview Family Practice, within this outfit. The doctors themselves are fine, receptionists too, but the appointment phone line is TERRIBLE! Since the COVID pandemic, to make an appointment I have to call the phone line from 8:30 am. If you call at 8:30 sharp, there is already a waiting time of about 30 minutes. Usually, when its your turn, the nurse tells you that all appointments for the day are taken and, instead of giving you an appointment for a later date, she tells you to call tomorrow!! And then, the whole process starts again. They should give appointments, at least, for later in the week. The system is so annoying that I'm already looking for another practice.
