I had been getting treated for an ear infection in here for 10 months getting antibiotics every few weeks and seeing doctors who said they couldn’t see in my ear but didn’t send me for an ENT check up.Then at Christmas time I was rushed to hospital from home because the infection had gone to my brain and ended up causing a stroke.This place is a shambles from the receptionists to the doctors right to the practice manager who when I telephone about my complaint insists on calling me the wrong name.

There is no getting through to even get an appointment to see a doctor. I've been calling for a month and a half needing a medicine review and each time I get told to call back another day, or come into the practice and stand in a queue which I can't do. They do not care about accessibility for disabled patients or really any patient unless you're on the brink of death.
