Very hard to get through expect to wait one to two hours on phone ,treament room impossible to get through I have been tryinging now for several month even phoned at 3am to be told that the system was busy who was there at that time ?

I am leaving this practice because it has become almost impossible to speak to a doctor. Yesterday I was on hold for over an hour, today over 40 minutes only to be told the doctors' lists were full and to try again tomorrow. Taking on more patients than you can service is greed - plain and simple. I should have left when the Bells retired.

55 mins still on hold to get through to reception. Not good when you've a sick child and need to get through. Really think there needs to be a different system put in they can't keep blaming covid. Covid is still around we have to live with it but not putting patients first isn't acceptable it's putting lives at risk. Needs sorted
