Rating with no comment

My parents are both over 80 mother 83 father 86 both with underlying health conditions and shielding since last March 2019. My parents have been overlooked as regards their covid vaccinations need these as soon as. My dad age 87 keeps saying have I been overlooked. They cannot answer their phone as they have dementia. I have been trying to sort this out all morning and have been told that the team to vaccinate the housebound is not organised yet. I wasn’t told the vaccination was available last week. So they have missed out. No one seems to know what is going on . I have phoned everyone but no one cares.
