This level of service since my GP joined this enterprise has fallen through the floor. There have been periods of 40 minutes on hold, rushed phone consultations (so they can get the next schmuck to call and pay them another €60 euro to be barely listened too), and referral letters to hospitals just not sent with no explanation. If you have any choice at all on what GP to go to, go elsewhere.
