I have attended this surgery for many years. The nursing staff and doctors I have seen have always been very good however first you need to get past a team of horrible arrogant reception staff. They speak to you like they are doing you a favour making you an appointment. I was even asked by one what was the matter .....in a full waiting room of patients. I am sorry but that is my private business to discuss with a medical professional. I just said that I would rather not say- to which I was told if I want help I needed to tell them. I heard reception staff discussing another patients saying she was a nuisance. There is no care or empathy with them. They are dealing with people who are ill. Without us attending they would have no job. They let the medical team down with their behaviour and attitude so much. I think if a GP /nurse heard what was happening they would be disappointed this is the care attention and welcome their patients receive here.
