I used the online portal for the first time asking for a Doctor or ANP to review and respond to my concerns. The system was effective and clear to use. Within two hours I had a call back from the ANP and was able to talk through the information I had provided. I was listened to, and booked into an appointment for the same week. The service I received was excellent and the same in the surgery when I had my appointment. This is an efficient service and one that I would choose to use again if needed. Thank you. | |||||||
