The telephone message, explaining how overburdened the patient navigators are is patronising and too long when you are ringing about your poor health. Twice there have been new placement with new doctors with no information given on their background or specialism. After being assured I would only ever have a named female doctor due to my medical condition I have been placed with a new male doctor by text!! The office manager will only accept concerns about this placement by letter or email. The email address for the practice is difficult to find on the website and when you do find it, you need an app to be able to access it. If only 89% of patients would recommend this practice why does it have 5 stars.
