I moved from London to Worle and joined this surgery. I then became very ill and needed regular appointments. The staff have been brilliant - One member of staff especially on reception is an Angel. I love the AskMyGp online service. It was a nightmare getting through by phone before because it is a busy surgery but the online facility is brilliant and great if you prefer email communication. I’ve been treated for physical illnesses and mental health and Worle have been supportive and helpful for both. Anyone complaining should try GP surgeries in inner city London where it takes months for an appointment and service is poor. Worle GP is brilliant.

I left an online message and it took 2 weeks for somebody to return my call. I'm still waiting for the practice manager to call me back to discuss this. "Somebody" has called but at the time the line was extremely poor and the issues regarding my treatment still havent been resolved.

My partner Val Cole,is trying to see a doctor, doctor contact her today and still trying to get appointment ,she isn't the sort of person that contacts surgery unless needed,she isn't well now she is in tears, so I will hold you accountable !! so think on !! She finally managed a appointment and very stressful
