I rang for an emergency appointment this morning and I couldn't get one until December! Am I supposed to suffer until then?! They could get me in at Woodhouse but I am unable to get there. I have only recently registered as they are within a minute of where I live. The leaflet they gave to me when I registered promised that emergencies would be seen the same day and non-emergencies would be seen within 2! | |||||||

Reception staff incredibly rude and unhelpful. Almost impossible to get an appointment. I need to see a doctor urgently and the soonest appointment they had was over 3 weeks away! Absolutely awful. | |||||||
