I called to find out where my elderly mother's appointment was that she booked to have dressing removed.It could not be booked at the surgery as only one nurse was available so was booked at another surgery.My mother was told where it was but the address given was not the same so I called to check her appointment after hanging on for a long time a lady answered and I asked her to check my mother's appointment and she was flustered and said I will google the address which I did not ask as I already knew it.I just wanted to confirm the time and place.She told me incorrectly it was in Thornton Heath.She carried on talking over me and then started raising her voice and told me to call the surgery myself.I did and the call was answered straight away. I do not expect to me treated this way and my elderly mother told me when she booked the appointment the man was rude to her.Service is awful.

DO NOT USE. Absolute waste of time. Complete incompetence. Just waited over 15 minutes for an appointment only to be told nurse left so 80 year old dementia suffering father taken out into the cold and rain for no reason. 37 minutes to wait for call to be answered.

Asked pharmacy to email doctor for medicine four times without result having just registered with them a month ago, also not being advised that I am registered with them. My partner has just phoned Denmark surgery with the answer being “phone switched off” How can that be right when the advert board says “Open till 6 pm”
