.I have been a patient at reynards for as long as I have lived in red Lodge ,about 8 years.i have and have had some serious illness some chronic and ongoing and have always been treated thoroughly and respectfully by all members of staff. My conditions have been addressed fully and have had the correct referrals when necessary. My condition is always reviewed as is my medication and improvements are happening all the time. I feel that I could not get better treatment at any other surgery and I am satisfied and grateful for all that is done for me. I hope this continues to be as good as it is and that the whole staff are recognized to be as good as they are.

Luckily I am reasonably healthy person therefore not in the surgery that much, but on the occasions I have been to Reynard surgery it has always be outstanding in every way. You get a overwhelming sense of they care.well done keep it up.

I have been with this surgery since they were in Mildenhall. I have alway been given the best that they could offer and have been referred to other providers if need be. The Drs and all other staff have been helpful, kind and courteous. Yesterday I needed to ask them to see my 94 year old mother as a temporary patient . Once again the reception she received was what I had become used to. They receptionist was welcoming and put her at ease and the Dr also as usual was smiling, welcoming, attentive and listened to her. Most of all he faced her not the desk when speaking to her . Mum did not want to be “a bother” and she certainly did not feel like one. Mum was commenting on her experience all evening and again this morning say how lovely everyone was to her . Thank you so much for all you do .
