I am sorry to hear that you have mental health issues. I would urge you to contact our switchboard on 01726 75555 as there has clearly been a misunderstanding when you have tried to make an appointment. Appointments are released on our appointment system on a monthly basis, with the appointments for the first week in September only released this week. It is therefore not possible for an appointment for September to have been booked in June.
We offer an urgent mental health triage service which responds to patients experiencing a mental health crisis on the same day. This service is run by two experienced mental health practitioners working alongside our duty doctors. Please do contact us if you are experiencing mental health issues, as there will be help available.
If you are not comfortable talking to our reception staff about mental health issues, please note that we offer an eConsult service (https://staustellhealthcare.webgp.com/) which allows you to send an online request to your GP practice.
