Met with the doctor, who talked me through my blood test results, he was very thorough and took time to explain the results and what they mean and then went on to discuss my treatment. He gave me his time without rushing , he answered questions and prescribed a course of treatment , follow up blood test to be done with a follow up appointment. Very happy with the outcome of my appointment.

I've been a patient here for many years. The receptionists are friendly, courteous and do their best to help. On the odd occasion someone may be a bit "short" but considering the difficult job they have - dealing with the general public - the overall experience is first class. The doctors are brilliant - patient, informative and helpful. Again, one might be having an "off day" , but don't we all ? ? ? Some consideration and thought for the pressures of their job makes me respect them all the more. There are always appointments available - not always with the doctor you want to see - but still available. When I hear of friends having to wait for three weeks or more for an appointment at another surgery, I realise how fortunate we are at PARK. Well done everyone. You are amazing people.

I have been going to Park Surgery now for about 20 years. I’ve never had a problem making an appointment and the receptionist are always very pleasant and helpful. I have the greatest of respect for all the Doctors and I know if I have a health problem they will help me to get better. Over the years I’ve had a few serious health problems including cancer and a problem with my heart and they have helped me to recover.
