Can't praise them enough, willing to see me at the drop of a hat when I really need them, 6 stars out of five all round, said if I ever won the lottery I would give them a donation! Cheers again all.

I have been registered at this surgery since I was very young and have never had an issue with any of my appointments. I find the practice staff very friendly, especially the doctors and the nurse. They have always gone above and beyond with my care even when there were some very complex symptoms that they weren't sure of, they have always made sure I have either been referred or spoken to somebody who can find out. I honestly cannot fault this surgery or the staff - the receptionists are always helpful and polite despite some reviews saying otherwise. They are very good at triaging the best place/person for my 'ailments' and always leave satisfied by their decision.

I saw the head Pharmacist in the Surgery onTuesday 30th July he really. assured me and made me feel a lot better I was not rushed and they explained to me all about the Medications I was taking and what each one was for. They also told me which Medications to stay on and which ones to stop. I also has a letter. And blood test form sent to me from the hospital which I totally did not understand they fully told me what the blood test was for.If anyone is unsure about their Medication then always speak.to the. pharmacist.

Thank you for your positive feedback. The in house clinical pharmacist is a relatively new role at Rosedale so it is helpful for patients to share your positive experience. The pharmacist is able to have longer appointment times with patients which is very useful for patients with complex medications/conditions.
