The victors surgery doctors and staff have been outstanding this last year when I have needed so much help and treatment. I have suffered from anxiety and pain and the doctors have been available when ever I’ve needed them. | |||||||

Last 2 attendances. 1. Doctor seen 'did not have the time' to perform a proper examination & refused to deal with more than one medical problem during the brief appointment. 2. Took a neighbour to see one of the doctors but whilst in the waiting room could hear reception staff talking about patients along with their private information including medical conditions. Absolutely disgusting. And if you try to approach them or ask a question, well who do you think you are? | |||||||

We have been with the practice for many years. We are always so pleased with the care and treatment we receive. All the staff are professional and kind.Nothing is ever too much trouble.Receptionists are always helpful and polite.We are so lucky to have such a superb GP Surgery. | |||||||
