receptionist are rude, customer services are little to none, understand there is a pressure but still don’t be in a job if you have no care or patience. even face to face not just on the phone they are awful. there’s two good doctors lillingstone and udeh and also claire the nurse, the only three people im happy to see if i’m lucky enough to get them, because they have time and show they CARE. (un like others) currently had a massive earache some doctor calls doesn’t even see my ear just tells me to get a spray for it. for all they no i could have a infection, or something inside, or a perfradated eardrum which i’ve had had before. there is a massive strain but this is why people go to A&E because of GPs.
