Hardly any staff, hard to book and get an appointment, online booking system is hardly ever on, staff are rude and judgemental, appointments take place in the communal areas as no waiting room space so no dignity or respect, staff are not transparent, hardly any staff, hard to book an appointment, gp takes ages to ring back to decide if a person is worthy of an appointment, declining service, reluctant staff, service has hardly any appointments, staff have no time to speak including on the phone and reluctant to refer people |

To day I brought Ruth for a doctors appointment she is lady very frightened of falling over We asked for a wheelchair to help her in. A lady from the pharmacist came to help us in with her. She was so kind to Ruth and help us very much, When we were leaving she came out to help her into the car on a particular very busy Friday in Downham Market , please thank her she was amazing. |
