We needed to see our GP urgently as husband feared lung collapse. The GP phoned me back within 15 minutes and told us to go immediately to surgery. Then GP saw us within another 15 minutes. He was very fast in assessing the problem and an ambulance was called to the surgery. My husband was in an emergency assessment ward and had been fully assessed within a couple of hours of my first phone call. Stunning, faultless treatment, with GP kind and caring and fully engaged. I wanted to get in touch to compliment and thank the surgery for the recent care my husband and I have received. My husband has been very ill recently and the care he has received from the nurse and doctor has been fantastic and he is now well on the way to recovery. He is very grateful for the care he has received. I have multiple issues and always receive good care from the surgery but I recently had a chest infection and again the nurse looked after me very well for which I am extremely grateful. Everyone is always so quick to complain, that I thought I would make the effort to thank you all and tell you how impressed we both are – thank you very much.
