I have never had any issues with this surgery. The staff are always so helpful, and getting an appointment is no problem at all. I can usually get a same day appointment with a doctor. Doctor Borowicz (I call him my doctor) is very patient, and I never feel rushed. All in all I give this surgery 9 out of 10, only because nothing and no one is perfect.

After registering with this practice following the truly awful experience I had with my previous doctors (which I had been with for 55 years). I could not believe the level of customer service at the Werrington Health Centre. The reception staff were delightful; greeted me with a smile and helped me with some queries that I had. Nothing was too much for them. Something my previous doctors should take a note of. Thank you for making me feel human again.

Been very happy with this surgery. Can't fault the GPs and what they've done for me. Same applies to most of the nursing staff who show compassion. Though on one occasion I left a nurse demotivated, demoralised, weary, a shrunken version of myself where nothing I achieve as a chronically ill person was appreciated, valued or understood. As a chronically ill person that one occasion left me wondering why I bother to push myself to the limit each and every day to stay as well as I am in the circumstances. Perhaps I should just chill instead and become a real burden to the NHS. Perhaps I need to see a GP for all appointments or always cross check the nursing staff on duty. This is a fine practice that must not let the effort and input of it's GPs be undermined. Perhaps a list of my daily needs to stay as fit as I am and the time to fit all this in needs to be tried by one of the nurses and see if meeting all the additional targets can be fitted in to 24 hours whilst trying to have some quality of life as well.
