Ye-hah, Texas comes to town. I’ll start with the negatives. Getting an appointment requires face to face badgering, the phone line is never, ever fruitful. Even when you get a spot you’re kicked out of line before you get to number one. The surgery sits in a deprived area that has lower than average educational levels. Managers therefore appear to have seized upon this opportunity and have appointed one receptionist who is the coldest, rudest, least caring woman on God’s Earth to bully less confident, less well equipped patients into accepting the surgery’s inadequate, second World level of service. When more equipped patients have the confidence to point out this inadequate, abrasive, rude and dismissive manner they are told that they are rude and this is then added to their medical record. When did ‘Excuse me, you are not listening, you are interrupting me and you are shouting at me’ qualify as rude? They deny conversations and commitments, doctors lie by calling for 4 seconds for a phone interview and then refuse to offer another thereafter because nobody answered in 3 attempts that they made, prompting a trip to the surgery to demand an appointment with the evidence of only one attempted call happening. They are a lazy, arrogant practice. They either know what they’re doing, which is a sad, sad reflection of the greed that purveys amongst managers of amalgamated practices like this. Let’s cut costs and cream a bigger salary from the savings; or they don’t know what they’re doing. I have yet to decide. Either way, they are cowboys, albeit with a ‘Little Hitler’ behind the reception desk. On the flip side I suppose that there is a receptionist who is living her best life by being curt and rude to patients, feeling all high and mighty on her power trip. They are also getting gold medal standard at speaking to their patients through the window so that the I’ll people can save the disappointment of going inside and get to stand outside in the cold and rain. ‘Stay out of my workplace, you nasty, infected, plebs’ It’s not all bad then!

Terrible doctors, staff. Unorganised, rubbish care, clueless and records and paperwork always go missing. Need to be Audited as standards are criminal.

Falsify records and poor doctors. Say away
