Always available with a listening and caring attitude. Cannot fault the aftercare after a serious illness. No secrets and all aspects of your treatment are explained. The surgery also has a resident nurse and staff are trained and approachable. Highly recommended. |

I came into the practice for my appointment to see the GP when I had to go to the toilet. The toilet is locked and had to ask the receptionist to unlock the toilet. The receptionist walked across to the toilet and made a comment that antibiotics always gives them diahorrea!
I was shocked as I had not discussed any of my medication or condition so how do they know?!!! When I went into the GP I was quite upset and stated that I don't appreciate receptionist or any members of the staff talking to me in that manner. I felt that the confidentiality of pateints had been disclosed?!!!
I just feel that there needs to be a more rubust system in place at the practice. |
