I have been a patient at crystal peaks medical centre for many years I've always found them to be very professional and time and empathy given when needed . The practice always tries there best to arrange an appointment Thankyou to all the doctors and everyone at the practice.

My daughter needed an appointment with the doctor before she left and after one of the practice managers spoke to her we got an appointment to see her before she left, and the receptionist was very nice and understood my daughters needs. Then, relating to the same problem, my daughter needed to see a nurse or doctor a few weeks after seeing the first doctor. I rang the surgery when my daughter got in from work and spoke to the receptionist who I have to say was absolutely lovely and more than obliging to get my daughter an appointment. My daughter was given an appointment at 5 the same evening with one of the nurses. The nurse was absolutely brilliant so easy to talk to and very understanding and got my daughter sorted. She never rushed us and absolutely put my daughter at ease. Both the receptionist and the nurse are a credit to your practice. I fully understand how difficult it can be to get an appointment, especially as my daughter and all my family work full time but if explained to the receptionists they absolutely do their upmost to get u an appointment. I understand this is not alway the case but I have never had any problem at all. We as a family will miss the doctor very much but hope the remaining doctors can do such a good job as her, as she always had time for us.
